In accordance with the order of the Chancellor of the Ministry of Education and Science dated December 18, 2024, No. 1.1-3/24/194, “On the issuance of licenses for conducting additional Estonian language training courses aimed at preparing for language proficiency level exams,” the Sky Laser Training Center has been granted a license to conduct additional Estonian language courses aimed at preparing for A2, B1, and B2 level exams.

Our organization operates in compliance with all legal requirements and holds the necessary permits for conducting educational activities, including:

• License for Educational Services: Authorizing us to provide training programs in accordance with national regulations.
• Cooperation Agreements: Partnership with organizations such as the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (Töötukassa) for the training card program.
• Facility Compliance: Our training premises meet all health, safety, and technical standards required for educational institutions.
