1. General Provisions
1.1. The organization of additional training at the nonprofit association Sky Laser is based on the Adult Education Act, the Standard for Additional Training, and other relevant legal acts.
1.2. Training is conducted according to the training course calendar.
1.3. The duration of training is calculated based on an academic hour (1 academic hour equals 45 minutes).
1.4. Training is generally conducted in the form of group sessions. For individual training, the program is developed based on the learner’s needs.

2. Admission to Additional Training
2.1. Registration for training can be done:
2.1.1. On the website by selecting the desired course. To register, you must fill out the registration form with the required details and submit it electronically.
2.2. Collection and processing of personal data: The following data must be provided for registration: name, email address, phone number, and personal ID code. The personal ID code is necessary for issuing a certificate or statement. Data processing is carried out based on § 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
2.3. After registration, participants receive the training program and an invoice. The invoice must be paid by the due date specified on it.
2.4. One week before the start of training, the secretary contacts participants to confirm their attendance. After confirmation, participants receive organizational information via email, including the lecture schedule, venue address, parking arrangements, and other details.
2.5. Sky Laser reserves the right to change training schedules, cancel, or postpone courses for valid reasons. Registered participants are notified of cancellations or postponements. In the event of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded or, at the participant’s request, applied to another course.
3. Conditions for Course Withdrawal and Completion
3.1. Withdrawal from a course is based on a personal statement sent by the participant via email.
3.2. Each training day, the participant confirms attendance by signing the registration sheet.
3.3. Training is considered complete upon fulfilling the relevant training program.
3.4. If learning outcomes were assessed during the course and the participant achieved all necessary outcomes, a certificate is issued upon completion.
3.5. If learning outcomes were not assessed or the participant did not achieve all required outcomes, a statement is issued upon completion, indicating participation.
4. Payment and Refund of Training Fees
4.1. Training fees are paid to the bank account specified on the invoice sent via email.
4.2. The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated.
4.3. For long-term courses, payment in installments is possible. The final payment must be made at least 2 weeks before the end of the course.
4.4. In case of withdrawal or discontinuation, the paid training fee will be refunded, minus the cost of attended lectures and 20% of the course fee to cover the expenses of the nonprofit association Sky Laser (e.g., registration, preparation of materials, etc.).
