1. General provisions
1.1. The Law on Adult Education, the Standard of Additional Education and other related legal acts are the basis for ensuring the quality of additional education at the Sky Laser Training Center non-profit association.
2. The procedure for ensuring the quality of educational programs
2.1. Training programs are developed taking into account the needs of a specific target group. Each training has a practical focus in order to help the target group achieve their educational goals and stated learning outcomes.
2.2. Whenever possible, professional standards of the Republic of Estonia or international standards are used in the development of curricula.
2.3. Training programs are based on expected learning outcomes and include, at a minimum, the following information: program name, program group, learning objective, learning outcomes, curriculum development framework, target group, conditions for starting training (if necessary to achieve results), total amount of training, content of training, description of the learning environment, teaching methods, a list of educational materials (if the materials are provided by the program), requirements for completion of training and issued documents, a description of the required qualifications, academic or professional experience of a teacher.
2.4. The training programs are published on the website.
3. Description of the learning environment
3.1. All training takes place in the classroom at Toompuiestee 17A, which complies with sanitary and safety requirements. The classroom is well-lit, ventilated and equipped with modern technical facilities: a multimedia projector, a flipchart, a computer and Internet access.
3.2. For each training, participants are provided with training materials in paper and/or electronic form.
4. Description of teachers’ qualifications, academic and professional experience
4.1. The training is conducted by qualified specialists with teaching experience and extensive professional experience. A brief description of the qualifications, academic or professional experience of teachers is indicated in the relevant curriculum.
5. The procedure for collecting feedback on additional training
5.1. At the end of the training, participants fill out a questionnaire in which they evaluate the content of the training, the work of the teacher and the organization of the training, as well as make suggestions for improving the training and topics of interest to them. The training organizer and the teacher analyze the feedback received and, if necessary, make changes to the content and organization of the training.
6. Documents issued after graduation
6.1. Upon completion of the training, a certificate or certificate is issued, issued on the official letterhead of the institution and signed by a member of the management Board.
6.2. Certificates and certificates are registered in the relevant registry and stored in the document management system. The registry’s retention period is indefinite.
6.3. All certificates and certificates contain the following information: the name and personal identification code of the participant of additional training, the name of the institution of additional training, the registration code of the institution’s organizer, the registration number of the business activity notice or license in the Estonian Education Information System, the name of the curriculum, the time of additional training and its scope, the place and date of issue of the certificate or references, certificate number or reference, names of teachers.
